There is no Alison/Lena love path. You either stick with Lena and then cheat on her with bimbo Ali or stick with Ali from the beginning straight up.

I do feel like people are blowing the ass grab from Axel out of proportion.
I think if you are on her route at all, and didn't call her out, the ass grab will still not be much and probably just a wake up call for Ian, to have the talk he could of with Cindy before.
I doubt Eva is going to have her instantly cheat, with Axel from just one choice which was prrtty vague. There will probably be some leadway and would need to make more bad choices for her to fully get with Axel.

I think it's Eva Kiss indicating that there will be a secondary route to Cindy romance route. Whether that's Cindy cheating or just Cindy doing more lewd photoshoots with a docile Ian. But you're right Eva Kiss generally includes ways to hop off different trains and doesn't railroad the player into getting cheated on.
Ian isn't so docile as u say lol he stealed cindy from wade.

I mean, it's not really railroading when the player does have control over whether Cindy looks for greener pastures, and the main complaint is that it is perhaps not telegraphed in 100% straightforward "she will cheat on you if you pick this option" manner.
The way to hop off here may very well be option for Ian to break up over this. (or to decide that he'll let Cindy walk all over him as much as she wants) Similar to how Lena's cheating is dealt with.
... maybe we'll get a Punish Cindy scene.

Given Eva's wording on how Cindy's content will require effort I imagine we may get a number of different possibilities, or at least the implications for them.
I wonder what the Wade friendship path will look like, if Cindy/Axel is just an inevitability or if it's at least delayed if Wade's the one breaking up.

Ian only gets one chance to get with her and if you don't take it when you first meet her with Alison she's blocked for the rest of the game.I was really hoping there would be an option to pursue something with cherry

Which is a shame. But as is, you can ignore Alison and let Jeremy nab her, but either go after Cherry, or try and help Perry with Cherry. Or go after Alison. But so go mutually exclusive branching stories.

Wasn't it revealed that the reason for Axel/lena breakup is Cherry, for which she gets judged on by the gang and she tries to maintain distance from her side ?

The reason for the breakup was Axel, with Lena and Ivy being hostile towards Cherry. Other relationships don't really change unless you as Ian are pursuing both Lena and Cherry, in which case I think you are forced to stop seeing one of them.
What do you mean it's a shame? I suppose a new player won't know this, but it becomes pretty obvious pretty quickly that there aren't enough interactions between Ian and Cherry for a bond to form. Within the world of the game, it makes perfect sense that they won't make a connection; especially when Ian would likely have hooked up with either Alison or Lena by the next time they meet, which Cherry will know about and then try and avoid ruining another relationship.
